Are inserts included?
You can choose the insert as an option from all of our product pages.  All of our pillows are faux down.  If you have the means, we recommend to our cusotmers to purchase their pillows locally to avoid shipping fees.  Although the pillows are very light, the box they have to ship in is large and shipping can be expensive.  We do not ship inserts outside of the USA.

How do I care for my pillow?
All of our products are made with high quality cotton or cotton sateen fabrics that are machine washable.  I recommend washing our products in cold water and use the dryer for 5-7 minutes.  Lastly, touch up with an iron if needed.

Some of our newest designs are linen fabrics that are from Japan.  The fabrics are very rare and expensive.  We recommend that these pillows be used only for decoration and not for machine washing.  Please read our descriptions carefully to know which fabrics are not machine washable.  If you have any questions you can always email us.

Do you also do custom pillows?
We can make custom sizes of nearly all of the designs you see on our website.  Some of our customers want sizes larger than 22" square or want pillows in other shapes than square.  We also have made European size pillow shams.  Email or call me with your requirements and I can give you a quote.  Typical turn around time for a custom pillows is 1-2 weeks.  Please note that because your pillow is a "one of a kind" we cannot accept returns.

Can I return my purchase for a refund?
No problem.  We want everyone of our customers to be completly satisified with their purchase.  If the color or style just isn't to your taste, just send it back to us within 30 days of your purchased in new condition for a full refund minus the shipping fees.  Please email me for the return address.

I have a small boutique.  Can I carry your product line?
We love to work with boutiques and speciality shops.  Please send me an email with your contact informaiton and some information about your retail store.  Keep in mind that our products are already priced very low considering the quality and effort required to make each one.  However, we can always work with you, but please don't ask about consigment.

Are your pillows made in the USA?
You better believe it.  All of the pillows are manufactured either in our San Diego or Tampa studio by me and my mom.  Don't think just because these pillows are handmade that the quality will suffer.  Nothing could be farther from the truth.  Our pillows are sewn using a 5 needle serger and we only use the finest quality fabrics for our pillows unlike the "superstores" or department stores out there who manufacture their pillows in China with little or no quality control.
